Today I went on the local garden tour. I love going through other peoples' gardens and when they let me take all the photos I want, I get to take you all along with me! I live in a Zone 3, borderline Zone 4 area.
This is not a wordy post, but very photo heavy - and I didn't even include every garden.
Enjoy the 2012 Kimberley Tour de Fleurs Garden Tour!
Hope you all enjoyed the tour! Have a happy week!

Oh Anne! I loved the porch with the comfy furniture. The KG Green House, the green wall with the empty pots and the vintage looking screen door, the stacked stones, the cool dresser....and then I lost track.. Looks like you had a great tour. Thanks for taking me along.
ReplyDeleteOh man, can't wait to turn my yard of weeds into a beautiful oasis.
Absolutely heavenly!
ReplyDeleteOne has to attempt gardening in order to appreciate the time, patience and rewards you get from it; me, I'm have no patience.
What a great tour and next time I see a garden tour event coming up, I will definitely consider going. Thanks Anne.
Amazing gardens Anne! Wish we had one like those you photographed! And your photo skills are awesome too!
ReplyDeleteInspiration in every photo! Looks like it was a great tour.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful gardens! I love that covered porch!! Thanks for taking us along :)
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely Breath taking ...Great job in capturing Life's little outside pleasures.. I really love the White fence with the Purple flower insert The owner did an awesome job...:)
ReplyDeleteI wish I could have gone on this tour with you!! I love so many things. Where to start...the green house is just precious (recycled bottles?? It's hard to tell), I love the patio spaces, the old screen door is exactly the one I'm on a hunt for and the flowers are breath taking. Great photos!!!
ReplyDeleteAnne, what a fabulous garden tour....I just loved the little garden house and that gate was terrific...I love garden tours, but it has been so hot here....Your photos were fantastic!!! Have a great week!

Such a lush garden. I'm doing good to keep stuff alive this year. So enJOYed the tour of your garden. Wonderful job!
ReplyDeleteThese are absolutely lovely gardens! Thanks for sharing and providing inspiration. I am moving to a new house in a few weeks and will be totally re-landscaping. I am looking forward to it immensely. When we sold this home, our realtor told us that the landscaping was the showpiece of the property. The house is nice too! I'm glad all our love and hard work came across so well.
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting The Gardening Life. Yes, all is well, though the town of Cardston estimates $7 million dollars in damages thus far. That sum is likely low. It seems to be a season of storms and tornados in our province!
Thanks for the great tour, Anne! they're always one of my favorite things to do in the summer, tons of inspiration on your tour!
ReplyDeletenothing better than a good garden tour!!! :)
