My Teeny Tiny Dining Room

My dining room is still a work in progress, I want to paint my table and maybe the chairs and make the space feel cozier. Here is the work so far, with the room freshened up and all the trim all newly painted:

As you can see, it's a pretty quick tour!

Have a great week!

Anne,

I think it looks so cute! Is that beadboard on the one wall or wallpaper? Either way.....I really like the texture.

Your dining room is very pretty. I love the color of the walls with the dark draperies. I will join the others to say, your table would be very pretty painted! Or, if not painted, stained a very dark walnut brown.

Tell me, when the time comes, will they have to surgically remove the paintbrush from your hand? lol Enjoys your posts so much :o)

This room has great style. You could paint the table or NOT. It looks great here. It's a nice space for a dinner party!

Very pretty!! The best part about a small dining room is that it's easy to make it look "done" because it doesn't take a ton of stuff to fill it. Your's is lovely!

I love your dining room! From the wicker chairs to the clean lines of the table to the beautiful beadboard and more. I thought I was following your blog but I guess not ... anyhoo ... I'm following now!

Hi Anne, You're a workaholic! Are the walls beadboard or is that wallpaper? I like the idea of painting the table, but I'd be tempted to leave the chairs and maybe add some seat cushions. You could change the cushions according to the season or on a whim. Have you ever thought of doing a feature wall with some wallpaper? That might be interesting.

Oy! My dining room is most likely tinier than yours (9x10) and is a disaster! I am getting my plan together and I hope it will look 1/2 as beautiful as yours when I am through.

Thanks for sharing at Stuff and Nonsense!
